Congratulations! At this point, you have had time to review and access the www.DemoScoutSites.com to see how this works. We now have a simplified plan for all troops and packs. There are no restrictions on pages for the troop or pack. If there is both a troop and pack in the same sponsoring organization each must have its own separate website.
SET UP FEE
There is a non-refundable one time setup fee of $50. Once this is paid, we will begin the process of setting up a basic site for your troop or pack. This includes set up of one email account and several standard pages. When this is set up, the process takes one or two days, you will receive an email with login information for your backsite and your Intranet/Private Area and email account information. You can then start updating your website.
ANNUAL FEE
There is a recurring annual fee of $85, which covers your data center hosting and domain name registration. This fee will automatically be taken from the bank account that you use the first time you sign up. We suggest that you use the troop or pack bank account for this fee, as we understand that adults "move on" over time. The website will automatically renew on the annual anniversary of your site set up. You will be sent a link for payment after as part of the initial set up message. Please note that if the bank account information changes you must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the anniversary.
Note that in your first year the total fee will be $135.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The company, Net Solutions - Md also known as YourScoutSites is not responsible for any of the information or images or other content entered or uploaded to your website.
2. Initial set up fees are non-refundable.
3. Annual fees will be automatically deducted from the bank account or credit card used for the first Annual Fee payment on each one year anniversary thereafter.
4. YourScoutSites must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to an anniversary of any bank account changes. Failure to do so may incur additional fees to the troop or pack that have been assessed by our bank.
5. This website can only be used by Boy Scout or Girl Scout organizations.
